Over the past 5 years, my husband and I have been referred to Grand River Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre for various debilitating conditions. My husband received therapy for rotator cuff tendonitis and a shoulder separation and I received therapy for hip osteoarthritis, a lumbar disc injury and a cervical disc injury. In each instance, both the treatment and our response to it were amazing. We were educated regarding our injuries and then professionally treated. All the employees have been most obliging in accommodating us on very short notice due to unexpected changes in our physical condition. I knew nothing about physiotherapy until I severely sprained my ankle a couple of years ago. I didn't know the difference between a chiropractor and a physiotherapist. I thought they all deserved to be under a heading of para-normal medicine. But Frances Harrington at Grand River Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre has restored my faith in the healing power of physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is a legitimate practice, and Frances Harrington is an expert in her profession. Her bevy of beauties complement her expertise. Not only do you get healed, you get entertained as well, by non-stop singing, by the chief cook and bottle washer herself. No, seriously now, getting back to the ankle that I sprained, it was swollen and black and blue. I originally thought it was broken, so I had it x-rayed, which proved negative, so I was recommended, by a doctor, to try Grand River Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. I was so impressed with the results that I almost, almost look forward to getting injured again. By the way, I recently fell on the ice, while ice fishing and sprained my shoulder. So I am once again under the professional care of Grand River Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. It is by no miracle that Grand River Physiotherapy works, but the results are miraculous. At least that has been my experience.
